The company is headed by Barbara Davey, Managing Director, who oversees all aspects of Carealot operations. Barbara is a Registered Nurse, with a Masters Degree in Nursing and has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Community Nursing.
An Advisory Board is in place that includes individuals with significant
experience in the Legal, Corporate Advisory and Management Consulting,
Professional Nursing and Human Resources sectors. Carealot's Management team have expertise to develop strategy, to manage risk, to improve performance, and to lead the change management process resulting from the new directions.
Carealot has built its excellent reputation on its willingness to “go the extra mile? to provide exemplary care. We work very closely with hospitals, social workers, general practitioners, discharge planners and government funded organizations to coordinate home care plans for individuals and families. This process provides us with continuity of information that is available to staff, to ensure quality care is delivered at all times to clients.
