For most Carealot clients, the care giving process begins with an in home needs assessment and the discussion also includes the attending doctors, particularly if a client has special needs or has recently been discharged from hospital.

At Carealot we also take the opportunity to ensure that the client is able to take best advantage of available health insurance and community health care programs.

Throughout the caregiving process, each client care plan is carefully monitored by Carealot's computerised case management system. Through the system, our Care Specialists are able to ensure ongoing delivery of the highest quality of health care services at the lowest possible costs to the clients.
