24 Hour Live-in Care

Live-in care is provided to individual who require 24-hour care. The caregiver provides personal, social and domestic care at a level suited to the needs of the individual client. Customized, client-centered training is provided in accordance with the client’s home care plan.

Alzheimer Care

Carealot has skilled care workers who are able to provide dementia specific services both in the early and later stages of the disease. Families can be assured that with the help from Carealot we can assist in making both the individual and their care worker more comfortable and help ease the burden of responsibility such care can create.

Infant and Child Care Services

At Carealot we believe the best place for mothers to recover from the birth of their babies, is at home. We understand that coping with a brand new baby and children as well as running a household can be a daunting prospect. Our specialized Infant and Childcare workers will provide you with cooking, shopping and house cleaning.

Homemaking and Housekeeping

Carealot can provide reliable, cost effective home support staff to help our clients maintain the upkeep of their home, while continuing to enjoy an independent lifestyle, in comfort and security. This services includes cleaning, laundry, ironing, vacuuming and other household duties required regularly.

Personal Care

We will provide assistance with any type of Activity of Daily Living, such as showering, bathing, feeding, dressing and grooming.

Meal Preparation

We can offer our clients meal preparation in accordance to dietary requirements and favorite recipes. This can be provided on a daily basis if required.

Companion/Respite

Sometimes all our clients really need is someone to keep them company or take them on outings. This provides other family and loved ones with respite needed or just free time to do as they please.

Transportation and Shopping

Our staff are happy to a take clients shopping or to personal appointments such as to the doctor's or dentist. Sometimes staff can take clients for a drive or day trip.
