Carealot personnel should strive to increase their competencies and the
prestige of the home care profession and Carealot Home Health services.
Ethical Considerations
- Employees are encouraged to improve public knowledge, understanding
and appreciation of private health care.
- Employees shall not use their credentials to misrepresent their
competencies.
- Employees shall only undertake those professional assignments for
which they are qualified.
- Employees shall strive to adequately perform their duties to satisfy
the clients or Carealot Home Health Services' needs.
- Employees shall increase their competency through continuing
education including techniques, technical standard and practices in the
health care industry.
Carealot personnel shallaccept responsibility for their work.

- Employees shall keep Carealot management and clients properly
informed on the progress of their assignments.
Carealot personnel shall act
with professional responsibility.

for professional advantage. (i.e. selling Amway)
- Employees shall maintain at all times a high standard of
professional conduct.
Carealot personnel should use their special knowledge and
skills for the advancement of human welfare.

- Employees should consider the health, privacy and general welfare of the
public in the performance of their work.
- Employees, when dealing with information concerning individuals, shall
always consider the individual's privacy and seek the following; To limit
unauthorized access to the clients information to provide proper security for
the information, to determine the required retention period for the information
and to ensure proper disposal of the information on the client.
