Existing Worker Traineeships in Aged Care, Home and Community Care and Disability Work
Carealot's Training College is based at 2/222 Walter Road, Morley, WA 6062
http://www.carealot.com.au
The government has announced that existing workers can be signed onto Traineeships in the community care sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for employees (and their employers) who have not previously gained the Certificate III and IV qualifications that are now required to work within this industry. Training and assessing is predominently done on the job and with the help of Carealot Training College, this is a streamlined process!
Employers can receive up to $4000 in federal government subsidies (per Trainee) and then use part of this incentive to employ the Registered Training Organisation to handle the process.
Please call Marcia Alves, our Training Manager, on 9375 6722 or email on the above address for more information.
